⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Inside the 48-hour window, online adjustments are locked—please message me directly.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows  incur a 100% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.

Fees will be charged via the card on file, but I always reach out to clients first to discuss the situation. Please note that fees are only waived for severe illness, storm closures or true emergencies only. 

Repeatedly rolling or rescheduling the same appointment block may result in online booking privileges being removed, requiring same-day booking options only.
